prosecutors in Dallas announced the penalty for Abraham, who last year
pleaded guilty to wire fraud. The 56-year-old Abraham was also ordered

Investigators say Abraham in 2009 ran an insurance scheme with false reports of building materials stolen from two job sites.
Prosecutors say Abraham filed bogus police reports, plus had fake invoices sent to insurance companies to support his claims.
Abraham later admitted that no building materials were stolen.
