An Armstrong County trucker was indicted Wednesday on charges of ripping off the government by illegally collecting Social Security disability insurance payments when he wasn't disabled.
Billy Toy, 43, of Worthington, illegally received $55,000 meant for him and his child by claiming he was disabled while he was working as a truck driver.
